Five pound sterling banknote issued by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, dated July 14, 2005. This note celebrates the career of golfer Jack Nicklaus, specifically his final appearance at the Open Championship at St Andrews. The obverse features a portrait of Lord Ilay, the first governor of the bank, and includes the serial number JWN1926950 with a prefix referencing the golfer's initials.
