This autograph is accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA), submission number 135342, certification number Z50271, dated May 12, 2017. The interior is illustrated with numerous color and black-and-white photos, including archival childhood photographs and tournament scorecards. The book is housed in its original pictorial dust jacket, which features an image of Woods on the front panel and a photograph of him in the green jacket on the rear panel.
