Ben Hogan Apex Iron and Speed Slot Wood Golf Club Set with Miller Bag
A set of vintage golf clubs and a coordinating cart bag. The set includes four wooden-headed clubs with steel shafts. The sole plates of the woods are marked 1, 3, 4, and 5, and feature a sunburst-style logo containing the characters B and H surrounded by HOGAN and SPEED-SLOT. The shafts on the woods bear black and gold adhesive labels reading Legend 3. The irons consist of ten clubs with chrome-finished heads. The back of each iron head is marked with the name Ben Hogan in script, and the sole is marked Apex. The iron set includes clubs numbered 2 through 9, plus two wedges, one of which is marked Sure-Out. The iron shafts feature red adhesive labels marked AMF Hogan Apex 3. A single blade-style putter is included, featuring a brass-colored insert on the face and a stepped steel shaft. The cart bag is constructed of black synthetic leather with a top collar bearing a riveted metal tag for Miller. A small fabric tag is attached near the top rim featuring a US flag and the text MADE IN USA. The bag features a large transparent plastic identification pocket on the front, multiple zippered storage compartments, and a six-way padded divider top. 35" - 43".
