The first volume is titled A Feel for the Game: To Brookline and Back by Ben Crenshaw, written with Melanie Hauser. Published by Doubleday, 2001, ISBN 0-385-50070-X. The volume is an octavo bound in publisher cloth with a portrait dust jacket featuring Crenshaw. The half-title page contains a handwritten inscription in green ink: To Jim Whitehead - With all great golf wishes - Ben Crenshaw. The second volume is titled The Big Three and Me by Billy Casper, written with James Parkinson and Lee Benson, featuring a foreword by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player. Published by Skyhorse Publishing, 2012, ISBN 978-1-58571-628-9. The volume is an octavo bound in publisher cloth with a dust jacket featuring Casper mid-swing. The dedication page contains a handwritten signature in black ink: Best always - Billy Casper.
