A collection of hardcover volumes titled Golfing Ephemera by Sarah Fabian Baddiel, published as part of the Chapmans Library of Golf series. The volumes are bound in publisher's cream-colored pictorial boards featuring a repeating red silhouette pattern of a female golfer in Victorian-era attire. This work serves as a reference guide to the social history of golf and historical printed collectibles from the first golf boom of the 1890s through the mid-20th century. The text covers various categories of golfiana, including manufacturers' catalogs, matchbox labels, book match covers, postcards, and tobacco cards. The books are illustrated with numerous color and monochrome photographs showcasing vintage equipment catalogs and advertisements. Each volume includes a bibliography and a directory of golf museums, auction houses, and specialist dealers. One copy contains a pencil inscription on the front flyleaf identifying it as stock from Golf's Golden Years, a Chicago-based dealership referenced on page 63 of the directory.
