A Collection of Vintage Golf and Sporting Goods Equipment Catalogs, 1930-1936
A collection of five vintage trade catalogs and pamphlets focusing on golf and sporting goods equipment from the mid-1930s. The grouping includes:
Macdonald Smith De Luxe Hickory Shafted Hand Made Golf Clubs, Lyon, Inc., Nashville, Tennessee. This tall, narrow pamphlet features a green textured paper wrapper with a printed white and green crest containing a lion and golf clubs. It is bound with a green cord tie and bears an illegible handwritten signature in ink at the top of the front cover.
Vulcan Finest of Golf Equipment 1930, Vulcan Golf Company, Portsmouth, Ohio. The color pictorial cover depicts a golf bag and equipment in a domestic interior setting. The date 1930 is handwritten in ink on the top right corner.
Bristol Individualized Golf Clubs 1933, The Horton Mfg. Co., Bristol, Connecticut. A black and white softcover pamphlet with a landscape photograph on the front cover. The year 1933 is handwritten in ink on the front cover. The back cover is printed with the manufacturer's name and location.
Burr-Key Clubs Bags 1934, R. H. Buhrke Co., Chicago, Illinois. A catalog with a bold red and black graphic cover. The front cover bears a gold-tone seal at the bottom right.
Dubow Sporting Goods Spring and Summer 1936, J.A. Dubow Mfg. Co., Chicago, Illinois. A pictorial softcover catalog featuring a baseball player on the front and a golfer on the rear. The cover includes a green and white company logo reading DUBOW..

3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS at the time of initial auction close will close at 10pm ET
Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and all lots will begin closing with their own separate 30-minute countdown clock. Each lot will get its own 30 minute clock, which will extend by 30 minutes any time that lot receives a bid during extended bidding.
