1960's & 1980's Augusta National Golf Club Masters Bucket Hats
This vintage bucket hat was manufactured by the brand Flipit and features the insignia of the Augusta National Golf Club. The hat is constructed from a tan canvas fabric and features a wide brim with concentric rows of reinforcing stitching. A navy blue and red striped ribbon band is applied around the base of the crown. The front of the crown is embellished with a circular embroidered patch that reads AUGUSTA NATIONAL above a yellow map of the United States. The words GOLF CLUB are embroidered within the map and a red flag marks the location of the club. The interior is lined with a white mesh for ventilation and includes a fabric sweatband. A black woven label with the Flipit logo is sewn into the interior band.
