1940 Bloomsburg Country Club, Sterling Silver Golf Runner Up Trophy
Here is a Webster Company sterling silver trophy cup featuring an urn-shaped body with a flared rim and two high, arched handles. The front of the vessel is engraved with the inscription BLOOMSBURG C-C GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP 1940 RUNNER UP. The base is stamped with the Webster Company maker mark, a capital W with a horizontal strike-through, along with the text STERLING and WEIGHTED. The trophy has a small dent on its face below the engraving and the rim also shows moderate wear. 5.5” H x 3 1/4” W. 3.4 oz
