c.1997 Jack Nicklaus Ltd Ed #83/250 Navy Golden Bear Logo Full Size Golf Bag w/Headcovers
The Golden Bear logo is iconic. Facing every direction and in a variety of sizes including an outlined bear on the main pocket, the easily recognizable embroidered logo is all over this dark navy blue bag. A favorite Jack Nicklaus bag design with approximately 30 Golden Bear logos, this example bearing a #83/250 nameplate at the bag was photo design-matched to multiple seasons by Nicklaus' side in competition at the 1997 Senior Players Championship and 1998 Doral-Ryder Open - sans the commemorative gold-tone plate and other slight player adjustments of course. Included is a branded rain guard for the golf bag, along with matching 1, 3 and hybrid headcovers shown in the accompanying lot photos. It remains in excellent condition as depicted in the accompanying lot photos, enjoyed in a display-only capacity.
