c.1940's Sam Snead Granger Tobacco Advertising Sizable Broadside Display
This advertising effort was done with "Ace Golfer" Sam Snead through an oversize cardboard broadside that boasts excellent color, content and text. The Snead images working in tandem are of him in his post-swing pose and a business casual Sam Snead holding a Granger tobacco box with a pipe in his mouth. This advertising was done at a time that featured a young Sam Snead with jet black hair. "Granger Keeps the smoker happy...a cooler smoke in a drier pipe."14 1/2 x 19 1/2"
