c.1890's Bussey Patent 'Expert' Stand Up Caddy Wood Club Carrier Stand
Here is the scarce Bussey Patent 'Expert' Stand Up caddy wood club carrier that was a preferred mode of club transportation in the 1890's and early 1900's, now preferred as a display solution. Mahogany board with an ash handle and brass composed folding handle holders, it is finished off with a canvas bag. Not surfacing often are these survivors in which the vintage and patent club communities pine for. The 'Bussey' printed insignia on board is no longer visible where it once was, such as the majority of examples in 2025, an inch or so from the top on the frontside. Original canvas pouch on backside is intact. 'BUSSEY'S PATENT' is stamped into the hardware on the backside of the metal hinge.
