Vintage Ping Green Canvas Masters Tournament Golf Stand Bag
American-made Ping golf stand bag constructed from dark green canvas with white piping and black nylon straps. The bag features an embroidered Masters logo on the large side pocket, consisting of a yellow map of the United States with a red flag over Augusta, Georgia, and the word Masters in green script. The top is a four-way divided design lined with black fleece. A tan fleece-lined padded shoulder strap is attached with black nylon webbing and brown leather reinforcement patches. The bag is equipped with an integrated folding stand mechanism featuring two silver-tone metal legs. Handwritten notations in black ink are present on various pockets, including BALLS, SNACK, WALLET, RANGE FINDER, and GLOVE.
Several marks are present on the bag. A brown leather patch on the upper bag and shoulder strap is embossed with a stylized golfer figure above the word PING. A white and black plastic tag attached to the zipper also shows the stylized golfer logo and PING. The black plastic top rim is embossed with PING and MADE IN USA. The black plastic base is embossed in the center with the golfer logo and PING in large characters at the bottom; to the left of the golfer, it is impressed with KARSTEN MANUFACTURING. .
