Contained in this lot is a Vintage Original Superior Sport Coat - Superior Mfg. Co. Makers Complete Box. Product packaging, and specifically box top, artwork across many industries and products was held in high importance during the turn of the century and the decades following. Box tops were often full of life, great detail, color and told a story about the product, even if it wasn't even directly related to it. This example features a cool, calm and collected golfer with a pipe. The bottom edge shows the text: Men's: 1494, London Lavender, Size: 42. It is in good condition, with aging and slight discoloration throughout and a tear in the edge. 14 1/4" x 10 1/4" x 1 1/2."
