Vintage Original Hubley Cast Iron Door Stop
Featured in this lot is the highly collectible Hubley-style doorstop with its original paint including the red of this gentleman's coat. This cast iron golfer addressing the ball measures 7 3/8". Incorporated in 1894, Hubley produced a wide range of products from toys to household items. This does not specifically have Hubley stamped on it however matches the style door stop in which they produced and we have previously offered, including the legible '34' stamp. This is an original example, as the reproductions do not have "34" on the backside. Please see photos to determine condition of this highly sought after collectible.
