Each US star at Oakland Hills signed in robust black marker in close proximity to their artist depiction, culminating in a centerpiece composition topped off with intricate and ornate gold-tone framing. The European team got the best of the U.S. team at the 2004 Ryder Cup, played at Oakland Hills Country Club, winning the competition 18.5-9.5.
