The year 2000 was the peak of Tiger Woods dominance over the field, and the 100th U.S. Open was no exception, as Woods would win by the extremely comfortable 15 strokes. This became the most dominant performance by any golfer at a Major championship, leading after all four rounds. This Sports Illustrated cover is a coveted newsstand issue connected to the win (only approximately 3 percent of the printed issues) and graded a strong CGC 9.4.
