Flown on hole 1 of St Andrews as Tiger Woods completed his second career grand slam, the 2005 Open Championship, is this actual tournament-used flag taken off the stick following Woods' Open number two at age 29! Hole 1 "Burn" was a par 4 376 yard hole with a large shared green with the 13th hole and area of Swilken Burn as its namesake insinuates. His first of back-to-back Opens, there was never a doubt as Tiger Woods led wire-to-wire for his tenth major title, five shots ahead of runner-up Colin Montgomerie. This thick two-sided canary yellow and red (yellow going out, red flags on the back nine coming in) screen-printed flag with the vibrant, red, centered '1' along with 'The Open Championship' next to the claret jug logo across the top and 'St Andrews 2005' running along the bottom carries a flawless, robust black marker UDA signature perfectly positioned.
