Tiger Woods Signed 2000 The Open at St Andrews Flag Limited Edition 391/500 UDA & PSA/DNA
This lot features an official souvenir 18th-hole pin flag from the 2000 Open Championship held at the Old Course in St. Andrews, Scotland, hand-signed by tournament champion Tiger Woods. The yellow nylon flag displays the printed event logo at the top with The Open Championship text and Claret Jug icon inside a dark blue rounded rectangle. A large red number 18 is printed in the center, and St. Andrews 2000 is printed along the bottom edge in black. The flag is hand-signed by Tiger Woods in black felt-tip marker on the left-hand side. It is hand-numbered 391/500 in black ink in the lower-right corner, designating its place within a limited edition run of 500. The item features dual authentication from major industry services. An Upper Deck Authenticated tamper-evident hologram with serial number BAM07913 is affixed to the lower-right corner of the flag, matching the hologram on the included Upper Deck Certificate of Authenticity. A PSA/DNA tamper-evident authentication sticker with serial number H48412 is also affixed to the lower-right corner of the flag. As good as it gets on a signed item from Tiger's British Open win that marked his completion of the career Grand Slam. At 24 Tiger was the youngest to accomplish this feat.
