Tiger Woods Nike 'Buick' Promotional Golf Bag in Great Condition
In the early 2000's Tiger Woods was everywhere you looked. He was a marketer's dream. Fresh off his 'Tiger Slam,' the 2000 Sports Illustrated 'Sportsman of the Year' was the figurehead for respective industry giants McDonalds and Nike, multiple video games, and of course Buick among other fortune 500's. All four major championship trophies were sitting on his coffee table after all - a sight to behold by only one individual in modern day major golf.
American Automobile company, Buick, inked a 9-year endorsement deal with Tiger Woods that included a series of television commercials, promotional cards, and could be seen on each Sunday final round broadcast as the main sponsor of his red, white, black and gold Nike golf bag carrying his clubs. 'Buick' also boldly written down each white side panel. At arms-length of caddy Stevie Williams and with Frank, Woods' bright orange tiger headcover, sticking his head out to witness birdie after birdie. Wood's TW Nike logo in white stitching around the frontside top of the black bag. Similar to the one used on the course during Tiger Woods' four major championships in a row ending with the 2001 Masters Tournament and much of the 2000-2008 span, this promotional style bag was given out to Buick company executives and VIP's including Woods himself.
This leather club bag boasts a gold, embroidered uppercase 'Tiger Woods' with a matching stitched signature on the main pocket above the 'Buick Golf' crossed clubs logo below.
