Here we have a very early golfing annual from the series edited by David Scott Duncan. This is Volume 5. In the beginning there are vignettes on Hugh Kirkaldy, the 1891 Champion Golfer and Johnny Laidlay the 1891 Amateur Champion. The main part of the Annual is a comprehensive listing of Golf clubs by city to include detailed information of each golf club within the city. The details typically include club and course descriptions, architects and facts, and prize and medal winners for the period of the annual.
This 326 page book is in beautiful condition and holds appeal for those interested in golf architecture, medal and trophy collecting and more. "
