Steve Stricker Signed 2007 The Barclays Championship Flown Hole 14 Embroidered Flag
A comeback for the ages, for Steve Stricker who at Westchester Country Club in Harrison, NY at the 2007 Barclays Championship this one meant more. Emotions took over after the two-stroke win over KJ Choi, as it was his first victory in half-a-dozen years. Sixteen-under par 168, he was officially back after losing his card in 2004. This champ signed tournament used flag as authenticated by the affixed Fanatics hologram sticker in the bottom right-hand corner was flown on hole 14 during the tournament. That number in black stitching in the upper right-hand corner is joined on this yellow flag with welcomed usage by the presenting sponsor's light blue logo as well as the PGA Playoffs and year. 'Strick', a man of the people, recently successfully captained the US Ryder Cup team to its most recent victory in 2021 in his home state of Wisconsin. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity (ALOA) comes with this lot.
