Here is a stunning Sterling Ink Well with Crossed Clubs elegantly engraved 'Forres Golf Club Presented by H. McQuiston 2nd Sept. 1914 Won by J. M. Cant Esq.' Inkstands were popular Championship prizes and gifts for the golfer at the turn of the century as was the case with this ornate golf themed piece which was presented by H. McQuiston. Grading good to very good, especially considering that 106 years have gone by, this piece used extensive engraving and attention to detail when crafted.
