Ray Floyd's 2008 Valhalla Ryder Cup Team USA Louisville Slugger Wooden Bat
Vice Captain for the US Team that won handedly in 2008 with a score of 16 1/2 to 11 1/2. With the matches taking place in Louisville Kentucky, the US team was given a custom-made Louisville Slugger bat with gold engraving stating the player or captain name, tournament details and both Valhalla Ryder Cup and PGA logos. Ray Floyd, 1989 Ryder Cup Captain, was a Vice Captain in 2008. This Powerized Louisville slugger is 34" from end of the barrel to top of the handle nob. It has a dark wood stain that brings the gold out in contrast. This item comes from the Ray Floyd Collection and a signed letter from Robert Floyd will come with the lot.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, September 15th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
