Baseball and all of sport was saddened when 'The Hit King' Pete Rose passed away on September 30, 2024. The Big Red Machine dominated in the Cincinnati Reds lineup, playing from 1963 to 1986 and amassing a record 4,256 hits. 'Charlie Hustle', as he was affectionately called, signed this very, special baseball the final week of his life with the inscription '1973 NL MVP' in blue ballpoint on this clean Rawlings Official MLB baseball.
