Palmer & Nicklaus Signed 1954 OHIO License Plate with Meaningful Inscriptions
Accolades likely never before penned or after by the hands Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer, both while living in the state of Ohio. Palmer was stationed in Cleveland, Ohio while in the service and it was there that he launched his professional career after winning the Ohio State Amateur in 1953 and 1954 and the US Amateur in 1954. Additionally, Arnold Palmer would be inducted to the Ohio Golf Hall of Fame along with of course Jack Nicklaus. Not one, but two Arnold Palmer signatures run up this 1954 dated Ohio State license plate, with 'Won US Amateur' and 'Won Ohio State Amateur' meaningful and very relevant signatures added below these. Jack Nicklaus joined Arnie on the left side of this plate for one of the more calculated 1/1 signed items we have ever seen, adding the inscription '1st Hole-In-One 17th at Scioto.' These are added with gold marker, with the center Palmer in a thicker marker. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will automatically close at 10pm EDT
