Original Set of Hardy Bros Palakona Bamboo Shaft Irons with Shaft Writing/Stamp
The Hardy Brothers started off in Alnwick as gunsmiths, then produced fishing rods made of bamboo that was lightweight and flexible, perfect for golf clubs like the set of irons available for bidding here. All the irons are stamped with the corresponding number as well as "Made in England" and "Palakona" and come in excellent condition.

All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, there is a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
