Presented in this lot is nine PGA Championship Contestant Badges from 1941, 1944, 1946, 1948-1951, 1953 & 1986. Vic Ghezzi won the 1941 PGA Championship, Bob Hamilton won the 1944 PGA Championship, Ben Hogan won the 1946 and 1948 PGA Championship, Sam Snead won the 1949 PGA Championship, Chandler Harper won the 1950 PGA Championship, Sam Snead won the 1951 PGA Championship, Walter Burkemo won the 1953 PGA Championship, and Bob Tway won the 1986 PGA Championship. This lot will come with a signed Letter of Provenance from Historian Bob Denney of the PGA of America, proclaiming that this item comes from their collection.
