Nick Faldo Signed 1988 OPEN Championship at Royal Lytham & St. Annes Program
Muirfield is one of the storied traditions in the game of golf and more specifically the Open Championship. Past Champion Golfers of the Year to conquer the field at Muifield are illustrated on this cachet, including Jack Nicklaus (1966), Henry Cotton (1948), Tom Watson (1980), Gary Player (1959) and Lee Trevino (1972). Here is the 1988 program featuring defending Champion Golfer of the Year Nick Faldo holding the Claret Jug from his victorious 1987 Open Championship, signed by the cover subject.
