Multi-Signed Augusta National GC 1994 100th Birthday Celebration Dinner Menu for Ike Grainger & Joe Bryan
A staple of historic proportions would be the course known as Augusta National and the tournament it began hosting in 1934: The Masters. The club formed the year prior. Hand-picked members by Co-founders Clifford Roberts and Bobby Jones consisted of many business moguls from the New York and Atlanta areas, with the extremely exclusive club expanding throughout the United States slowly but surely. 60 years after the first playing of the Masters Tournament comes this piece, signed in green by 73 green jackets. "Augusta National Golf Club Joseph M. Bryan And Isaac B. Grainger 100th Birthday Celebration Dinner" was celebrated on May 6, 1994. Both Grainger and Bryan are pictured donning their iconic jackets at the club in front of the Clifford Roberts oil painting that hangs in the clubhouse in Augusta, Georgia. Charles R. Yates, a speaker at the event signed this piece along with 72 other Augusta National Golf Club members in forest green marker. Yates, 1938 US Amateur Champions and Atlanta, GA, has a course named after him at Bobby Jones' home club of East Lake Golf Club. Matted in gold-tone and white, this extremely rare opportunity comes with notable names including Hootie Johnson and Jack Stephens. 25 1/4" x 28 1/4"
