Discovering a passion outside of the game, but not necessarily removed from it, two-time major champion Tony Jacklin expressed his creativity through the woodworking subcategory of marquetry artwork. Offered here is a Jacklin masterpiece capturing the essence of Marlene Bauer Hagge, the original composed of countless inlaid wood grain details of unique shape color and detailing. Post-swing here, Hagge was one of the original LPGA founders, 2002 World Golf Hall of Fame inductee and 1956 Women's PGA Championship winner. Crossing diagonals allow the viewer's eye to travel throughout the piece, with lights and darks both abundant. Expletory work from the multi-talented artisan by way of the World Golf Hall of Fame.
