"Calc's" award from the Royal and Ancient for his accomplishment as the runner-up was this sterling silver scalloped edge tray bearing an image of the famed Jug and etched wording "THE SENIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP RUNNER UP". Mark Calcavecchia finished second by two shots to Russ Cochran at Walton Heath.The maker's silver hallmark appears on the verso of this award. Comes with the original presentation display case.
