Mac & Mac Company Backspin Mashie w/ Deeply Drilled Holes in Face
This offering is for a Mac & Mac Company Backspin Mashie with deeply drilled holes in its face. To create such patter a gang drill machine was used. The head stamps are plentiful, capturing its maker, location and medium. The hand forged granger steel club was produced by Mac & Mac in Oak Park, IL. The dimpled face is its defining characteristic. Good condition with overall wear. 36" from the top of the grip to the bottom of the heel. Pictures included in this listing act as an additional condition report. This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, November 24th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval).
