The Olympic Club of San Francisco Book - 1860-1960

Coffee table book commemorates the Centennial Year of The Olympic Club and its rein as one of the top clubs in America over the past 100 years. Through detailed text and vintage photography the story is told of the many historical moments which unfolded at the club. This book comes from the collection of Jack Fleck whose magnificent play when he defeated Ben Hogan in a playoff to win the 1955 U.S. Open may well have been the most significant moment in those 100 years. Quality of publication and limited print run for this club history lends to its recognition as a treasured collectable.
