Quad-City Sports Hall of Fame Wood Plaque - 4-29-1987
Jack Fleck was part of a five member original Hall of Fame induction class for the Quad Cities in 1987. He received the 9" x 12" plaque offered here from the Hall of Fame that honors people in the two-state region (Iowa & Illinois). The Quad-City Hall of Fame counts an NFL MVP, and Baseball Hall of Famers among its members, but Jack Fleck remains the only inductee to be enshrined as a prominent member from the PGA Tour.
