2000 Tiger Woods & Jack Nicklaus Signed 2000 US Open At Pebble Beach Flag - Tiger Slam
The train could not be stopped, as Tiger would continue his tear at the 2000 tournament, his first U.S. Open win, winning by a record fifteen strokes. It would be the first leg of the Tiger Slam as well. This remains the most dominating performance at any major championship, maybe even enough to give Jack a bit of a scare. It would be Jack Nicklaus' final US Open rounds. Woods' 15 Major titles are the closest to Nicklaus' 18 we've seen, with this tournament acting as an official passing of the torch from one of the greatest of all time to another.
