Bobby Jones' Personal High-Speed A.G. Spalding & Bros Photo - Richard Gordin Letter
The high-speed photography club test by club manufacturer A.G. Spalding & Bros of their golden boy and brand ambassador. The bench mark for high-speed photography is 69 frames per second or greater, in this case used in capturing each and every part of the legend's golf swing. Spanding's photographer Harold Edgerton was behind the camera during this popular shoot that produced images such as this one in which it appears that he is squishing the ball. It has been used Found on page 57 of Golf Is My Game, and pg 205 in Triumphant Journey produced multiple 8" x 10". This photo comes with the letter of provenance from Richard Gordin, derived from Jones' secretary Jean Marshall.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). 2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
