1928 Lytham and St. Annes Sterling Silver Handicap Prize Trophy - July 21

Here we have a sterling silver trophy from Lytham and St. Annes Golf Club. The trophy stands 6 3/8" tall with a 2 3/4" base diameter and appears in excellent condition. The trophy reads as follows: "Handicap Prize (1st Division) Lytham and St. Annes Golf Club (seal) 21st July 1928 Won By". Lytham and St. Annes was founded in 1886 and has been host to a great deal of Major tournaments, including the Open Championship an incredible 11 times. This stunning sterling silver trophy is sure to shine in any collection.
