This is the personal scrapebook from PGA professional Felix Serafin which contains detailed newspaper accounts of both the 1939 and 40 Anthracite Opens which Serafin competed in. Among the articles contained in the book are Championship wrap up stories on Henry Picard's win in 1939, his 20th of 26 career PGA titles and on Sam Snead's win in 1940, his 19th win of a record 82 PGA victories. Also housed in the scrapebook are several pairing sheets from both years, and a Marshalls red armband from work at the Anthracite open. An interesting look into professional golf in America prior to World War II.

Session 1: Lots 1-500 will end on 4/11/13 and Session 2 Lots 500+ will end on 4/14/13 with extended bidding to start at 9:00 PM EST for both sessions. In order to bid in extended bidding you must place a bid on the lot before 9pm on auction closing day.
