1953 US Open at Oakmont Country Club Official Scorecard - Ben Hogan Winner
Few names in the history of the great game of golf get more respect than Ben Hogan. Coming from very little, Hogan had to work for everything he was ever given, and that's the way he preferred it. The 1953 season marked the most dominant year of his storied golfing career statistically. Firing an opening round 67 to establish a lead, he held from start-to-finish as the only player to better par for the 72 holes (-5) posting a six shot win over second-place finisher Sam Snead. The win at Oakmont Country Club in 1953 marked Hogan's fourth and final U.S. Open triumph. Offered here is a 1953 US Open at Oakmont Country Club Official Scorecard unscored and in good condition, with some water damage present.
