1959 Bing Crosby National Pro-Am Sunday Final Round Ticket #788 - Art Wall Winner
This offering is for a 1959 Bing Crosby National Pro-Am Sunday Final Round Ticket #788 that saw Art Wall win less than three months prior to winning The Masters Tournament. A favorite tour stop among pros and celebrities alike, Bing Crosby held his annual tournament for the first time in 1937. The tournament was played in San Diego prior to WWII, when it then traveled to Cypress Point Club, Pebble Beach Golf Links and Monterey Peninsula Country Club until 1966. Since that date it has been played in the Pebble Beach, California area, widely known for their golf mecca. The highly successful annual festivity surrounding the tournament was a none other than a non-traditional clambake for the lone golf tournament in which celebrities are partnered with professionals throughout its entirety to this day, now played under the 'AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am' name. This ticket is in fair condition, with slight paper loss, surface wear and adhesive.
