Circa 1910 Large Milk Glass Tobacco Humidor Purported to be by The Handel Co.
In great condition with a copper lid, this humidor measures 5 3/4" wide and stands 7" tall including detachable lid. There are no chips or cracks present as this piece presents extremely well. The golfing scene depicted is that of a red coated golfer in his pre-swing about to launch for his shot. On the reverse of this golf scene is a depiction of a tobacco pipe, a nod to the humidor's function. This milk glass humidor is without marking but believed to be made by the Handel Co. As you can see, the presentation of this piece of golf art history is exceptional.
