Standard Golf Co. Sunderland England Mills R.B.B. Aluminum Putter - Harry Lee Co.
The Standard Golf Company of Sunderland was the best known manufacturer of early aluminum head clubs. The company became more well known as Standard Mills because of Sir William Mills and his production of Mills bombs (hand grenades) in World War I. Contained in this lot is a Standard Golf Co. Sunderland England Mills R.B.B. Aluminum Putter - Harry Lee Co. There is nicking throughout the head, with the extensive amount of head stamps on the crown and sole still legible. 33 1/2" from the top of the grip to the bottom of the heel.
