South African golfers have always been very prominent in the game. This started with the success of Bobby Locke, the four time Open Championship victor. Here is an original watercolor painting of Locke done by famed artist J. McQueen. McQueen has worked with publications such as Golf Digest, and has notably teamed up with the likes of Jack Nicklaus to illustrate instructional books of his. This image is 12" H x 9" W and framed, matted to 20" H x 16" W. It is in Excellent condition. This piece will come with a signed letter from Historian Bob Denney of the PGA, proclaiming that this item comes from their collection.
