1961 Canadian Open Championship at Niakwa CC Program & Series Ticket - Rod Munday Collection
The Candadian Open is a tournament that was established in 1904 and held under different names to the present day. The Royal Canadian Golf Association partnered with the Players Golf Association of America to put together this tournament that has seen Arnold Palmer's first PGA Tour win, as well as Byron Nelson's 11th in a row in 1945. This program and series ticket are in good condition. The ticket exhibits creasing and the program has some discoloration from storage. Jacky Cupit was victorious in 1961 at the Niakawa Country Club in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The ticket measures 2" x 5 1/4"
