'The Book of St Andrews Links' Ltd Ed w/ Slip Case Signed by Captain J Stewart Lawson - 31/200
Produced in 1984, this book includes the topic titles of 'Plan of Golf Courses,' 'Descriptions of the Greens,' 'Rules of the Game,' 'Bye-Laws of the Links,' 'Regulations for Starting,' and 'Golfing Ryhmes.' Protected by a slipcase, this book is limited edition and is numbered 31 of 200. It is the 'Facsimilie Edition' and in very good condition. The all leather and gilt boards book is complete with a foldout course map and advice on how to play each hole. It is signed in fine point blue sharpie by J. Stewart Lawson, who was the club captain in 1979-1980.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, July 21st with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
