Bing Crosby's Personal Pro-Am Paperweight - Gifted to Him to Celebrate The Tournament's 25th 'Silver' Anniversary in 1966
The Bing Crosby Clambake / National Pro-Am was a stop on the PGA Tour from 1937 until 1985, when the tournament changed names to include its then host Course Pebble Beach and sponsor AT&T. Bing Crosby was one of the most important entertainers of his day and avid golfer. Here is a paperweight that was gifted to him for the tournament's 25th 'Silver' anniversary. Pebble Beach is still the host of the tournament this many years later. Bing Crosby is in the World Golf Hall of Fame for his efforts of growing the game for so many years. The paperweight measures 3 1/2" and the inscription includes 'To Bing - From His Friends,' accurate in describing many of the people he met during his life. A signed letter of from PGA Historian Bob Denney will accompany this lot.

AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, May 19th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
