St. Andrews 'The Old Course' Pewter Golf Tankard - Made in England
Here we have a pewter golf tankard depicting the layout of the Old Course at St. Andrews. The pewter tankard was made in Sheffield, England and displays the hole layout on the front of the item, with a scorecard featured on the backside. The tankard stands 5 1/8" tall with a bottom diameter of 4 1/8". Top diameter is 3 1/4". Above the course layout on the front of the tankard it reads:
The Royal and Ancient Golf Club, which
was founded in 1754 as the society of St. Andrews Golfers,
is recognized world wide as the headquarters of golf.
The Old Course was granted to the citizens of St. Andrews
in 1552 and has remained a public course ever since

This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, March 3rd, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
