1947 Wire Photo of Bobby Jones Putting with Onlookers Nelson, Sarazen, & Vines - April 4th
A wire photo of Bobby Jones years after he retired from tournament golf, other than cameos at the Masters Tournament he helped create, is featured here with onlookers Byron Nelson, Gene Sarazen, and Ellsworth Vines. This Associated Press wire photo measures 8" x 8 7/8" and is in good-fair condition, showing some signs of age and creasing and discoloration. See photos for more detail on condition. This wire photo was taken April 4, 1947, during the 11th Masters Tournament at Augusta National.
