1947 Denver Open at Cherry Hills Program - Lew Worsham Win
Offered here is a program from the 1947 Denver Open at Cherry Hills. The program comes in NR-MT condition. Lew Worsham won the inaugural tournament. Lew Worsham is best known as the champion of the 1947 U.S. Open played at the St. Louis Country Club. His playoff victory over Sam Snead was most likely the most disappointing of Snead's long run of sorrows at his country's Open Championships.
