Hagan with his flowing signature has inscribed and dated in ink the front flyleaf: To J P Dugan 'Golfingly,'-Walter Hagen June 1956. Both the signature and the inscription are boldly penned approaching a grade of "10". Published in 1956 by Simon & Schuster, New York. Comes complete with original dust jacket(severe wear to jacket that could be easily replaced in book market). When this book was published, Walter Hagen presented a few signed copies to friends. This is a rarely seen top quality signed edition given as a personal gift by Walter Hagen in the year of publication. The book is in Excellent to mint condition.
